Our production journey, which
began in 1978 in İzmir under the
leadership of İsmet Üst, continued
for many years in Bornova 4th
Industrial Zone. Today, we operate
as a spare parts manufacturing
factory in the Turgutlu Organized
Industrial Zone, bringing all
machining units under one roof.
Our factory specializes in
producing 5-axis machined
components, CNC turning, CNC
milling, CNC sliding automation,
CNC polygon, grinding, and
broaching parts, with 30% of our production dedicated to the
automotive industry .
Other products serve various
industries, including agricultural
and textile machinery, hydraulics,
aerospace, defense, diagnostic
industries, water pumps, wind and
solar energy system components,
fasteners for various sectors, and
heavy machinery parts.
With state-of-the-art machinery,
Üstek is capable of machining
spare parts in a wide range of sizes
and shapes. Certified with ISO
9001 international standards, Üstek
employs 80 skilled and
experienced personnel. In addition
to its key long-term production
partnerships in Turkey, 60% of
Üstekʼs production is exported to
Germany, Belgium, the UK,
Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, and
the USA .
